Requirements are as follows:
• Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
• Pass Criminal History Background Check
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Extremely organized Multitasker
• Work effectively as part of a Team
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Case management/Case Supervision for ABA therapy programs for children
• Provide standard parent training of ABA and behavior analysis
• Provide training/supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments/analyses
• Acquire individualized treatment plans for each child
• Provide direct ABA therapy to children in the home and school settings
• Maintain compliance with insurance requirements for all documentation
We are always looking for caring and talented RBTs to join our organization. Our RBTs are team players that work 1:1 providing ABA services to clients in the center, home, and school setting. RBT’s work closely with our analysts to effectively implement behavior plans.
Requirements are as follows:
• High school diploma
• 40 Hour RBT certification
•Pass Criminal History Background Check
• Experience with children/teens in homes/school settings
• Creative and organized
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic
Responsibilities and Duties:
• Implement behavior plans
• Work 1:1 with clients delivering the best care possible
• Travel/Commute to clients, as needed
• Observe and record data effectively
• Work under the supervision of the BCBA or BCaBA
